TAX - ADM Suporte

Hi! We would like the article revision history to be available in the API. Having this endpoint would greatly assist in generating reports and provide valuable insights into the changes made to articles. Ideally, it should work similarly to the current ticket audits, showing the full history of what was changed, who made the changes, and when they were made.

Right now I have almost 400 lines to update manually, and it takes a long time :/

Currently in the tab Organization Requests we can only select a single organization at time. We have users with more than 100 organizations, and they always have to change the organization selected.

It whould be nice to have the option "ALL" in the Organization field, to be able to see all the tickets for all the organizations the users have access.

Fixed field width made some fields useless because they won't show all the content. This is a very basic feature and needs to be implemented. Several other extremely basic platforms I've worked with have this option.
