Con esta solución lo que estás bloqueando es cualquier mail que proceda de ese dominio, pero puedes tener clientes de esas latitudes con comunicaciones lícitas.
Nosotros tambien estamos recibiendo numerosos correos spam diarios y no sé como bloquearlos, porque proceden de direcciones, si bien con ese dominio, distintas; es una pesadilla.
Cualquier ayuda a solucionar este problema sería muy de agradecer.

I've just find out that we are blind when an error message is generated by email servers when there is an error such as 'mail rejected, not found,...'
This is very disappointing :(
