Katarzyna Karpinska Originally there was a plus sign in the left margin. That was nice and clear. Then by Feb 5, it had moved to the Guide Editor toolbar (but "Create Content Block" had gone AWOL)...

Hi Brian, Just below the ZD ticket tabs, and just above the ticket title, you'll see 3 buttons: Organization, User, and Ticket #. If you click on the User button, it will list all their tickets.

Agreed. Dashboard has never been of ANY use to us. If you can't let us customize it, then please let us hide it.
