Hi James,

Thanks for your reply. This is really helpful on org updates.

But I still can't find anything to help me update tickets by their IDs. I can only do that through views. But what if I have a list of ticket IDs I want to update?

I suppose we need a data importer tool. Is there anything like this available?

Hello there!

As my database of organisations is dynamic, I need to have the ability to mark these organisations.
I am using Organisation fields and Organisation tags but they are static. 

I need a way to export my organisations list and add (or remove) a single organisation tag. It is a waste of time to check and update thousands of Orgs manually.

Same goes for ticket tags. I have an external list (csv) of 800 ticket IDs in which I need to perform a bulk action -add a tag. I do not have this ability at the moment.

Please consider the above

Hi James, 

This is actually helpful, as there are 2-3 Orgs created daily. It can work by one-by-one for now. 

Please consider the idea of either allow us to do a bulk CSV update to set tags on orgs or use the creation date as a condition in triggers/automations.

There are several cases where I need to find out how many new Orgs have been created automatically from end users. 
For example, I need to mark all Orgs created in June as "newcomers" in order to run a pilot with them. 
At the moment, there is no way to do that in Support (only in Explore by Organization created filters). 
In Organizations page, I would like sort through creation date.
In Automations/Trigger, I would like to be able to use this as a condition.
In Views, I would like to use it as a condition

Hello there!
I am using the integration as a simple ticket view in Salesforce. Suddenly today, when someone tries to check Zendesk view gets two red banners stating:
1. "Failed to fetch your settings. Please try again."
2.  "An error has occurred when trying to load tickets. Please check your configurations."

Can anyone help?

Hello all!

I've managed to create the webhooks and triggers to update tickets. I am stuck though on trying to populate a ticket custom field from a ticket.organization_custom _field.
Is there anyone here who has done it?
example
Organization_custom_field (id:34) is automatically populated through internal code.
I want this info to be transferred to a ticket_custom_field (id:45). 
I need the JSON body to do this.
