After the ticket is marked as closed, How do we prompt the bot again for the customer. 

 

Basically when the customer comes back again for second time, how do we give him the same experience as the first time. We want the bot greeting message with start options to come again for the customer after the ticket is marked as closed. 

Please note i am using authenticated customers, so there is no option for new conversation here.

コメントUsing legacy AI agent functionality

I want to integrate  flow builder for the bot. I have a doubt related to it. 

I already have the user email address and customer id in my application as the user is already logged in. Is there a way to populate that info to the custom fields, at the start of the flow. I do not want to ask the customer again the same information in the preform. 

 

Is there any way to achieve it.

We need to integrate a chatbot with in our website. 

We want the following functionalities to be included in the chatbot. 

1) Pass the user information to the chatbot like email and user name. We do not want the user to provide this information again the pre form as the user is already signed in to application. 

2) use bots to answer basic questions of the customer. 

3) Transfer to agents. 

 

Please let us know what suits best to our need.

Questions: 

1) Do we need to use messaging or web widget classic 

2) How do we pass the variable information of email and username to the chatbot.

コメントConfiguring the Chat widget

Hi, 

 

I made a trial account with zendesk to try out integrating the chatbot features. 

I made a channel and provided the necessary configurations to have the chatbot started. I am trying to use the advanced features to customize the chatbot like color and position. 

Customizations are not getting reflected in the chatbot. 

below is the sample html page i am trying to integrate. However my changes are not getting reflected in the app. Can you please point out whether i am missing anything.
