Our team could really benefit from this as well as they are currently required to add an email and phone number to all contacts created in Zendesk.  We use phone software outside of Zendesk and have a decent workflow on adding the phone numbers after the new contact is created, however it often gets missed since the option is not right there in the pop-up.  Since this is not a current option, we get a lot of duplicate contacts created and cleaning up contacts in Zendesk is not an easy feat, currently.

Is the ability to sort Organizations by custom fields, and perhaps the ability to create views, on the roadmap at all?  We have just switched over and are finding this inability very difficult to manage.
