投稿Zendesk AI EAP - Similar tickets
Why can't we see all the features under Admin → Workspaces → Agent Tools → Context Panel → Intelligence. We only see Predictions, Ticket Summary, and Suggested macros.
According to https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/6154115110170-Viewing-similar-tickets-in-Intelligence-EAP we should see Similar Tickets too.
