I'm assuming that the features I'm looking for may be covered in the Zenverse product development, but I'd like to suggest an enhancement to the text capabilities. Currently, they are quite basic, and it would be fantastic to see them expanded. For instance, it would be very useful to be able to receive SMS messages with images. We often have customers sending us pictures of utility bills, damaged solar panels, electrical boxes, and other visual information, which we are unable to receive using the current capabilities.
