Hi all, 

 

We've seen multiple options in this thread but no complete solution yet. Can we please get either a working solution or workaround to have a field searchable like in the agent's view, but on the HC side?

Is a great start, but not sufficient with nested options etc. 


Gorka Cardona-Lauridsen Could you please give us another update for the status of searchable drop-down fields on the Copenhagen theme?

A final solution from Zendesk would obviously be the best option for us, but a workaround like in the linked article would also work (even though it's more work to do for 10+ brands in our instance).

Hi, 

 

I have just submitted a help request regarding the limit of 200 for content tags. 

Given one certain (even an enterprise) instance cannot have more than 200 content tags, but can have 10+ brands and usecases, we have found it quite limiting for the use case of this really nice feature. 

Short of coding our own solution, which will not be as easy to use as the built-in one, we have not found a workaround for this limit. 

Hopefully Zendesk is able to increase that limit significantly to expand the usecase of this really nice feature as Kasper Sørensen suggested in his comment on November 15, 2022. 

 

Looking forward to the reply in these comments (public facing) as well as reply to my ticket.
