Hello, I would also like to request this feature. Currently, we are aiming to improve the search results for articles, but the labels are freely assigned and lack consistency. With the current feature of bulk addition and deletion, it is not clear which labels are assigned to which articles. Therefore, I would like to request the following features:

• The ability to export a list of labels assigned to each article and import corrected data to update labels in bulk.
• The ability to display a list of currently created labels, and allow for deletion and renaming.

Thank you for your comment.
The articles I am creating do not use the comment feature and are only accessible to signed-in users. Additionally, signed-in users are tagged according to the services they use.
This time, I want to send a service introduction email when a signed-in user views an article related to a service they do not use (i.e., a tag they do not have).
Therefore, I checked the functionality of Zendesk Webhooks, but there is no event based on viewing a specific article.
