I don't know if I am doing this wrong, but it seems that I can only add the zendesk ticket view when I click on one record. Is there a way to apply to all records ?

I get this error when I try to uninstall:
The component you are attempting to delete is part of a managed package, and cannot be deleted.
Sounds like both are needed ? v2 needs the regular version too ?
I will go ahead and just configure v2 and see how that goes.

Do I uninstall one ?
