1263082350349  Hi, I'm wondering if there is any way to leverage an existing marketplace integration within the conversations integration. Our org already has mixpanel integrated via marketplace and we pull in user profile information and activity into our human agent chats. 

We recently rolled out an AI chatbot and would like to also pull in mixpanel data to use as prompts in our AI agent repsonses. I have not found any path forward on this, but hoping you may provide a solution?

Is there any way to add authentication(bearer token, etc) on the webhook of this conversation Integration?

Customers can now view their Sunshine Conversations logs in Admin Center within their Integration Logs. These can be found under Apps and Integrations -> Integrations -> Logs

Thanks for your comment! After creation, the integration will be linked to the Sunshine Conversations app linked to your Zendesk subdomain. However, for new users this will only be accessible via the Conversations Integration page in the Admin Center. 

Only legacy Sunshine Conversation users will have access to the Sunshine Conversations dashboard.

Where does that integration/app go after creation?

Like in sunshine dashboard we can see app and their linked integrations, does this app goes to some sunshine account that is linked to this support account?

Kindly guide me the purpose of this feature.
