I am attempting to create a ticket aging report in a "window" format and having some trouble nailing down which metrics to use. The desired output would be a report with four numbers, for example:
Open Tickets Aged 0-2 Days 12 tickets
Open Tickets Aged 3-7 Days 8 tickets
Open Tickets Aged 8-15 Days 4 tickets
Open Tickets Aged 15+ Days 3 tickets
I have had success in using the Ticket Age (Open Tickets) metric in a report to show the age for each ticket in the report, but I'm looking for a second report as a summary or headline that I can put on a management dashboard.

to try and get a count of the tickets, but I suspect I'm missing something to connect the dots.
