Is it possible to hide an article from the Help Center while still keeping it visible through the URL?
In other words, I don't want an article to show up in the Help Center (or search), but I'd still like end-users to be able to access it if we provide them with the URL.
We'd like to avoid asking end-users to sign in if possible.
We have different end-user segments, so some content may not apply to everyone. For that reason, we'd like to hide segment-specific content from the Help Center, but we'd still like to be able to refer individual end-users to their segment's content when needed.
What I've already tried:
- Publishing the article, but putting it in a draft Section
I'm guessing this functionality may not be possible, but I'd love any insight you may be able to offer.
