    Hey there!

    I'm not totally clear on how your client's documentation is set up...is there a separate manual for each product, and they want to convert each of those manuals into a section in their Help Center?

    You can have two different articles with the same title. So my recommendation would be for your client to create a section for each product (ie: Product A), and then add each part of their manual as it's own article.

    As long as each product has it's own Section, and that Section is named after the product, I don't think it's necessary to add the product name to the article titles. The breadcrumbs that will appear at the top of each article will show the Section name so the user can see whether they're reading about the right product.
