    Thank you for reaching out Zendesk support. 

    Filtering or excluding items on your report will depend on what were the objects you are filtering. However, the option that I could think of is to filter it via custom metric. In building a custom metric, you can write an MAQL (Multi-Dimension Analytical Query Language) in Insights' Advanced Metric Editor to create custom metrics in which you can build an SQL-like metric for your report.     On your custom metric, you may use some logical expressions and a conditional statement to get the desired metric base on your filters/conditions. And you can refer to these GoodData articles regarding the conditional statement and logical expressions you can use:
