We are looking to design our support page in such a way that only logged in users can access/view certain content (chat, user manuals, videos, etc.), while the rest of the content is open to public (news, RSS feed, link to website, LinkedIn, etc.).
We had tried to do something like this and noticed that some sections "hide" and appear like white "ghost" boxes for users who aren't logged in. Ideally, we'd like to have all elements visible, but if a user clicks on an element only accessible to logged in users, it would just redirect them to the login page in order to access that content.
Can someone please walk me through how this can be done? Let me know if you need more clarification.
