When I hyperlink text while editing Help Center articles, the hyperlinked text often appears to have already been 'clicked' as soon as I embed the link.
This makes the text dark purple in the editor (like how linked text looks in MS Word once clicked). Then, when I publish/update articles, the links appear dark gray in the published page.
Sometimes links come out blue, both in the editor and in published articles. Sometimes, however, even a blue link in the editor will turn out gray when published.
How can I ensure linked text is always blue? It's much easier to see this way.
P.S. I am just embedding links (these are circular links to other, published Zendesk articles in our Help Center). I'm not hyperlinking text and then clicking it while it's still in the editor...I leave the text alone as soon as I hyperlink it. Yet it automatically shows up as though it's already been clicked. Tips?
