    Hi mglinski,

    You should theoretically be able to embed that JS into your Help Center or use a tracking code that is supplied by the GA to the dedicated tracking code section the Help Center. You might have already seen this article as well but we have a "set-up" doc referencing the best practices for getting GA going with Zendesk here, which shows how to generate the tracking information and where to place it. You technically should be able to add the tracking code/script to both Help Centers and pull that data from both locations using the Google documents on the subject!
