    @rovi, could you tell us a bit more about your use case? You are looking to add a custom field to the pre-chat menu. What would you be expecting that dropdown to do on the back end?

    @Erica,

    Yes, I want to add custom field and this field will have 4 categories...
    1. Emergency 
    2. Lesson and Payment
    3. IT
    4. Others
    then if the client select Emergency, Lesson and Payment or Others... those 3 categories will registered for Department A
    and IT is for Department B...

    Also we want to make like this.. if the client select Emergency it will be priority in the line for chatting

    Hi there Rovi Roy Cruz,

    This is currently not possible with the standalone widget but you can look at using the Web SDK to build a custom widget that has those dropdowns and match to particular departments based on the visitor's selection.

    You can get more info on the Web SDK here: https://api.zopim.com/web-sdk/

    The Web SDK is available to customers on the Premium (Legacy) and Chat Enterprise plan.

    Hello Anastasia,

    Natively it is not possible to add a custom dropdown list to the pre-chat menu. That said it may be possible to accomplish this by creating a custom widget using the Web SDK.
