So far, two weeks into our Answer Bot test subscription:
82 Answer_bot_Fired tickets
approximate pool of curated topics for 5 Answer Bot Triggers: 250 (carefully labeled)
Answer Bot is actually doing a WORSE job of selecting correct topics than the suggestions based on the user entering the ticket title.
Now, despite the poor performance, answer bot would be an OK addition -- if there WASN'T a $50 minimum. I think it should be absolutely free, unless a ticket is solved. That would be great motivation for ZenDesk engineering to raise the level of Answer Bot's analysis.
I'm interested to know if others are having a similar or different experience.
