we currently have a lot of new tickets so that we are meeting the above thousand. However now tickets only are counted as x,y thousand which is pretty demotivating to see nothing moves when you solve tickets.
How can I show the real number instead?
Also I would like to have a correct time being shown in zendesk. less than a hour is a useless way to say at which time it was updated or similar.
So how to change?
