Show suggested articles from other help centers within the company

    Julian Rios Thank you for the feedback! I have taken note and will feed it into our planning and prioritization though I cannot at this point promise when we may add this functionality.

    If this was the default behavior that results from all multi celp center search configured help centers would show in the article suggestions, would you need the search results that are not from the current help center to indicate that somehow or not?

    Gorka Cardona-Lauridsen, Thanks for your comments.  From my point of view, I wouldn't need to show if they are coming from other help center.  Showing the suggested articles will be enough as if it were coming from one help center.

    We have brands for different services, however, a customer may have access to multiple brands. Being able to have the 'Suggested Articles' scan all help centres would be hugely beneficial.

    Hi Julian Rios, unfortunately there is not work around at the moment other than duplicating the articles as you mention in the post, but we intend to add this functionality in the relatively near future.

    Another couple of follow up questions I have for you and others interested in this thread are:

    1. Would you like results from other help centers to always show up in suggested articles when the two help centers are associated or are there cases where you in some help centers would like to only show suggested articles from that help center while still showing results from multiple help centers in normal searches (search box searches)?

    2.  Would it be beneficial to also suggest community posts in suggested articles (then we should call it something else of course) if you have it enabled in the multi help center search settings?

    1. In my case, as long as I have the help centers enable in search, it should show the suggested articles in the form.

    2. It could be beneficial in the future, but I believe that as of today our brand doesn't have community posts enabled.
