Not allowing a user to select a past date

    Hi Jonathan!

    Thank you for posting on our Community.

    We understand your need to have a custom date field base on a specific time frame. However, there is no native way to create a ticket field for dates with those conditions yet. Custom date fields allow your users to select a date from a date picker. Users can choose the current date or any date in the past or future.

    I'll flag this post as product feedback to make sure that our Product managers will be aware of this functionality. We truly value customer feedback and your voice and votes in the product feedback topics in the community help influence future Zendesk functionality.

    For anyone else seeing this I still have not found a way to accomplish this.
