How to backup the articles in the knowledge base or remove delete permissions from agents

    Hi Kristian,

    I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with this. Only Guide Admins can permanently delete articles, so setting your agents' permissions to Guide Agent instead will prevent them from being able to do that. They'll still be able to publish articles, but at worst they'll only be able to archive them, and a Guide Admin can then restore the archived articles. (And if you're lucky, your disgruntled agent was only able to archive those articles.) Here's some documentation that could be helpful:
