There's a ton of "Updater Login" time metrics, but none for Logout. Without the logout time as a metric as well, there's extremely limited utility to the login data. This also seems to be a key hurdle to solving for "Occupancy Rate" or "Utilization Rate", which is one of the metrics Zendesk touts as crucial to CS teams. It's very baffling that there really seems to be no way to get this data from the product.
