Hoping the Community at large can give me some tips. I work at a very small organization that provides a SaaS application to other small businesses. I've just taken over management of our Zendesk system, and we have built a preliminary Help Center with some videos and articles.
We do a lot of live onsite and online training for new clients. I'd like to create a place in the Help Center where they can provide feedback on a training they've attended.
Ideally, this would be a custom form that they can complete, and answer questions such as "Did the content of the training meet your expectations?, Was the trainer knowledgeable?, etc etc."
What could I use to install this type of web form somewhere on my Help Center? I'd like it in the Help Center rather than via something like Survey Monkey so that I can direct users to it live at the end of our training (I always point out our Help Center during live trainings) and have them complete before they leave. Ideally, that form response would then get emailed to me or create a ticket.
