We'd like to use Zendesk to send outbound emails to customers in certain situations but can't really figure out the best way to do that. Does anyone have any suggestions? Do we have to "assume" the customer's identity? Do we have to mess around with triggers so the user doesn't get the "we've received your request" email?
Shouldn't this be a supported feature in ZenDesk?
