Notifications on Community posts
답변함We are about to fire up our Zendesk Help Center Community for the first time. One of the topics is for feature requests. How can we set it up so that whenever someone posts in that topic, our Product Management team gets an email? I did some searching here and it isn't clear to me how to best do that.

What we moderators do is we individually subscribe and follow topics, sections etc.
I would suggest/think having your product management team members follow whole sections.

Thanks, I somehow overlooked that there was a follow button at the Topic level in the community UI.
