Zendesk Voice Call Back Option - Please!!
완료We just love Zendesk Voice but would love it even more if there was an option to provide our customers to choose to have us call them back automatically once an agent becomes available instead of waiting on hold or leaving a voicemail.
Also, having the ability to transfer calls would be amazing too!

Transferring calls is available for Zendesk Advanced Voice.
Callback functionality though is not not. +1 to that.

Happy to tell you that this work is in development at the moment. No timeline yet but keep an eye out on our Announcements page.
The ability to transfer calls, either to an end-user, an agent or a group is existing functionality with Basic and Advanced Talk. You can read up on it here.

Apologies as I missed to update this thread once we GAd Callback from Queue. It's available for customers on Talk Professional and Enterprise (and Advanced legacy) as of earlier this year.
