I'm trying to figure out a solution so I can create Zendesk tickets within Salesforce using workflow.
At the moment we have Custom Object that holds Survey responses. Each record holds the following information:
What I want to do is whenever a survey response is created that fills a specific criteria, Salesforce should create a Zendesk ticket. Using The email and Name as the Requester.
So far I have been able to create a ticket in Zendesk Tickets within Salsesforce, but that does not create a ticket in Zendesk.
Any help appreciated.
