Connecting JIRA to Community Posts

    @Nicole there isn't a way to connect JIRA issues to community posts. The JIRA integration only links to tickets. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hey Nicole!

    You do have the ability to create tickets from Community posts, though! So you might be able to put together a workflow that involves creating a ticket from those posts and THEN linking them to JIRA.

    When you create a ticket from a Community post or comment, it automatically includes a link to the original post/comment, as well as the content of the post itself. So that might be a good way to get where you want to go!
