    Thanks for writing Ariel. I am interested in learning more about your request for the ability to add this additional contact and feedback information into the Widget title bar.You reference the email address. Is that need mitigated by the fact that the widget includes a contact form? We have had some other requests for the Widget search to include Community posts as well as Help Center articles, would this be a better approach for your needs as well?

    We have no plans to change the width of the Widget. I'm interested in hearing more about your needs on that. Regarding color, what specific items are you looking to add/change the color of?

    Hi, phone details clearly not mitigated by the contact form (and Community posts and Help Center articles).

    maybe email, and also this not exactly the same.

    maybe we dont need to change the width if we use more rows for the phone details (see in the attached screenshot).

    But - to open the widget we use custom button in top of page (in our top bar), and since we can't open the widget in top (or center) of page (where the natural place for this in our UX), we try to do the widget more prominent so the user wont miss it(!). this is the reason we changed colors and width.

    if we can place it on top or center of page it'll be better. (the pixels-offset not look like a solution since each user has other screen width&height)

    I think any option to add a phone on the contact form would be great. Many clients still prefer to call directly over submitting a form.

    Placement can be right under the "Send" button with text "Or Call xxxxxxx".

    Hi Erika,

     

    I'm using the widget in 2 websites : our help center and also our "corporate" website. In that last website we choose to use the widget directly as a contact form, so it's easy for our staff to deal with this forms.

    As it's mainly for "customers to be" we don't have their phone yet. 

    I would like to add a new field for that, or at least modify the placeholder or the label for the "How can we help you?*" field.

     

    Is that possible ?

    if u mean that u want to add a field customerPhone which customer should fill, I think that u can use custom fields

    Ariel, can you provide some sample code for what you did or point us to where I can modify the CSS to try to do something similar?
