Two things that have prevented us from considering the widget on our site:
- We have a lot of support articles and only showing 3 may not provide the answer to the customer. I would love an option to "view more" OR "view support portal" so customers can find what they need. Similar to the "view original article" link on articles. It also lets customers discover the support portal easily even if they were not aware of it before.
- We want to be available on chat, but it would be nice for all contact options to be available to customers (if available): Email us, Chat, and maybe list our phone number as well. I think some customers would opt for email instead of chat for non-urgent issues. This is basically the opposite of the "suppress" customization.
