We have two distinct sets of customers, our external customers, and our internal customers. I would like for them to be able to share the same Knowledge Base, but for them to have separate Case Forms.
The challenges I see with the existing options are:-
1. Use Brands - This will provide two distinct case forms, but also separate Knowledge Bases. I don't want this as the content is going to be 96% the same in both.
2. Use case forms - This will provide two distinct forms, but they will both be available, meaning that my internal customers would see the external customers forms and vice-versa.
Is there a way to achieve what I'm looking for?
