    Thank you ! However I dont see "day of week" in my available triggers. Do I need to configure that? How can I do that?

    Besides, is it possible to manage it with specific times and not days ?

    Apologies Bertrand, i was mistaken when talking about available trigger options.

    Perhaps the next method to try this is with the Out of Office app, available on the Zendesk Marketplace.

    This may be the simpler option for what you're after, albeit with more manual interaction each day.
