We currently use Okta to provision new end users in Zendesk. The problem is that it is a manual process internally to add a user in Okta, then assign them the Zendesk app as an end user. This of course is not scaleable and takes a lot of time and adds a ton of overhead.
The goal is to be able to have our customer go to our help center, and simply sign up by themselves. Does anyone have a solution on how to do this with using Okta to provision and authenticate logins?
