We have Zendesk Essential, same as this other company we do business with. Their help center looks pretty much like this one (screenshot of zendesk help center):
I would like to know how we can customize our help center, so the end-users can see their previous requests and the status of those, like they can in the screenshot. I would be nice if they could have acces to see all their previous tickets when logged in.
It should be possible with just the Zendesk Essential deal, right?
