Effective use of article votes
To collect feedback on no votes, we modified the help widget to serve as a feedback form. The problem is that no user is providing feedback. So we came up with additional ideas to open a ticket whenever a no vote is cast and to reset vote counts when we make updates to improve an article. There are posts on both of these ideas, but nothing actionable. Has anyone actually figured out how to do either of these things?
Is anyone doing anything else to put article votes to good use? I''d love to hear what your doing.
