    You can use OOPS app if you continue to have the issue. It delays comment submission. 

     

    Also you can convert public comment to private, so you customer won't see it in help center. Just go to Events

    Hi Anton,
    Thanks a lot for your answer, it was of great help. Just one question: if the public reply was converted to an internal note like 8 mins after it was initially sent, will the email be deleted from the customer's mailbox or is there a risk he/she will still see the email?

    It looks like the OOPS app will be deprecated soon as it uses the V1 API. Are there any alternatives?
