When a Zendesk Talk call is forwarded to an agent's phone, the incoming caller ID shows _our_ Zendesk Talk number, not the phone number of the actual caller. The incoming caller ID shows in the browser, but not when forwarding. This is just as important as seeing the caller ID in the browser.
Our previous Phone.com and Grasshopper.com services had this feature standard, so I had assumed that's what "Incoming Caller ID" meant on the Zendesk Talk pricing and feature list.
I propose this feature be added to the product roadmap to get parity between the browser and phone in regards to caller ID.
