Automatic translations is now available with the integrated Chat experience in the Web Widget.
Now, your international visitors have a better chance of getting their issue resolved, even if your live chat agents don’t speak their language.
When a visitor sends a message in another language, a Google translate feature automatically appears to the agent in their Chat Dashboard, with the detected visitor language pre-selected.
The agent just needs to select “translate” and reply for automatic translation of the ongoing conversation.
Visitors will then begin to see a “Show Translated” option to simply translate incoming messages on the fly. They can easily toggle between the original and translated text in cases where the translation does not make sense.
Agents can also enable translation from the “action” button of the Chat Dashboard.
