I would like to see the development of a method to have child/linked ticket automatically created based on specific criteria from another ticket. The purpose of this automatic child/linked ticket in my use case is for onboarding and offboarding. I have a ticket type called "task" which is used to assign an identical ticket to multiple people in different groups. Yes, it can be done manually with the add on apps but that is time consuming and can have human errors in the data. Automating this process would greatly speed up the process and remove the human error factor.
