Before upgrading to Team Support, I want to make sure that it's necessary to create a searchable widget on our webpage.
Would someone be able to verify this?
Web widget is included in the Essential version of Support; however, I don't seem to be able to get something to show any results when I have the widget on my site.
Zendesk support suggested that the issue is that I have no articles published, but that isn't the case -- I have one published and searched for a word in that article's title.
