    Hey Jason,

    If you're attempting to restrict an article to only users within a specific organization you will first need to create a User Segment that will include users within that organization.

    Once you've created your user segment you can then apply that user segment to the article as referenced in our Setting view permissions on articles with user segments article.

    Hi Brett,

    I've already setup the user segments and am familiar with how to manage the article's restrictions. The issue is that the desired Org isn't showing up in the options.

    Hey Jason,

    Thanks for the clarification. I may need to bring this over into a ticket so our Support team can troubleshoot with you. Before doing so, have you tried opening up your Support account in a Chrome Incognito window are these user segments still missing?

    Additionally, when searching for the org/user segment can you confirm you're doing a complete search by entering the full user segment name in the visible field? It looks like currently you must do a full search as partial searches do not currently work in the visibility field.

    Hi Brett,

    I was able to find it by typing in the full "Signed-in users (org:uniqueNameHere)" instead of just the UniqueName.

    I know our team here is looking into better search options for the visibility field but I can confirm that this is expected behavior in its current state.
