I want to see the count of all open/pending tickets per agent that our team has at a given moment. The aim is to know, at a glance, who is busy, who is less busy, and who may need help. I haven't found an obvious built-in way to do this in real time other than to navigate to individual agent pages. This is slow, resource intensive for the browser and makes it difficult to manage my other ZD tabs, particularly since we have a large number of agents.
We have a professional subscription with access to Explore, Insights/GoodData and a Geckoboard account.
Is there a built-in way to do this at no additional cost without using the API?
