    Hi Derris,

    I can't speak for the Geckoboard integration but I can confirm that with using Insights/Explore on the Professional plan your data will only sync once every 24 hours. Therefore this would not give you the most accurate representation of your data since you're looking for real-time activity.     It may be worth reaching out to Geckoboard directly to see if this is possible with their integration and they will hopefully be able to assist with setting this up.

    I'll also leave this post open in case other users want to jump in and offer up some advice on how to track this information on your existing plan.

    There is an app 'Agent Ticket Counts' that gives an overview of each agent's assigned tickets by status.

    The bad news is, it is a version 1 app and is not currently listed in the marketplace.

    The good news is that it is planned for migration to new framework.

    If you keep look out in the marketplace for it re-appearing, it may be helpful to you.
