In our company, we have enabled Zendesk Chat. We have built in the widget several places on our web page, and also activated Zendesk Chat within Zendesk Guide, so that our customers can start chatting if the do not find answers by them selves. Now, I would like to create a report telling me what URLs are creating the most chats. I also know that the widget can track my customers navigation so I can know where they have been looking for answers before chatting, but I am having a hard time creating reports using this info to help me see where I should improve our web page.
Anyone done anything similar?
