With a growing number of agents in our company, is there a way they can have the end-user view for submitting tickets?

    Hi Jessi,

    Outside of setting up your agents with a separate end-user profile I'm afraid there's no way to give them access to the end-user portal to submit tickets through. The expected behavior is that if an agent needs to submit a ticket they would do so directly within the agent interface.

    I was able to track down a feature request that addresses this need: Add Submit A Request for Agents

    I would recommend upvoting the post as well as providing your use-case for our Product Managers to review.
