How to see the received calls on my computer when I am not on zendesk?

    Hi Thibault,

    Browsers notifications should show up when a Talk call comes in if you're using Firefox or Google Chrome. Safari and IE do not support browser notifications at this time. More information in the following article: Enabling Talk browser notifications

    As for the email notifications, it sounds like missed calls are generating tickets in your account? If that's the case you'll want to edit your Notify agents triggers to include the following condition:

    Channel> is not
    * Phone call (incoming)
    * Phone call (outgoing)

    I would also recommend checking the tickets events of your tickets you're receiving notifications form to determine which trigger is sending these out.
